The Bite Agave lip mask. They have a red shade and once applied, it gives the perfect pout. It’s a nighttime lip mask but I love using it all day when I’m not wearing lipstick.

The Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments are my top recommendation. They're really nice and come in quite a few different colors.

I also like the Clinique Chubby Sticks. They have two types - regular and intense. The first one is sheerer while the other is much more opaque.

Clinique Pep Start Pout Perfect Balm....I wear the Cherry one when I dont feel like wear lipstick. Super moisturizing.

The Bite Agave Lip Mask or the Dior Lip Addict are great super hydrating lip balms. Also, if you are looking for products to combat dried lips, I'd recommend using the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask as well as a lip scrub (Bite has a nice one or you can make a diy) to help smooth it out @prr95.
