unable to leave a review

Hi! im trying to leave a couple reviews but a popup says the community terms of use have changed by pressing "continue" it means i agree. however i click continue and its just a never ending loop on a computer browser and and forever loop of having to press continued on the sephora app. please help me! thankyou

I have the same issue and I have seen others in this group are encountering it.  Sephora,  Please fix it for the sake of all of your users!

i turned on private messaging! are you able to send me a PM first its making me agree to the terms again. i have a screenshot to share. thanks!

I see the same as the website screenshots provided by the others.  It just spins and will not advance to allow a review to be posted.   I also tried to post a review  on the app and got this error message:

 comes up both on laptop and mobile (different browsers). Came up just now when I tried to hit reply to this thread. I had to refresh and managed to do this reply. But it keeps happening when I try to leave a review.
