Smokin Hot 🔥 September 2023 Hauls

 This summer has really been a scorcher! 🥵 But let's give everyone a better reason to sweat! Sweatin over some haulin! 🔥🔥🔥 please continue to use August haul thread until September 1st.

A  couple of small-ish hauls from last week / weekend.

I haven’t tried the Biossance Smooth Start Travel Body Set yet, but it looks good for travel. The iNNBEAUTY PROJECT Pimple Paste 0.5 oz / 14.5 g was something I needed to deal with a pesky pimple that popped up. Virtue ColorKick® Debrassing Blue - Purple Shampoo 8 oz/ 240 mL left my hair soft and smooth; hoping it helps with brassiness as my highlights start to fade🤞 

The candle tins and the ella + mila polish are from a Target trip. The 2 Zoya polishes at the top are from Ulta (they were $3 - @RGbrown mentioned in a previous haul, I think, and these were a few of the colors still available). The Barbie pink polish was the Zoya color of the month for July but I just now getting to some purchases I made then.  Will try to update with swatches of the other polishes after work this week.

Thank you @tsavorite! The pink polish is so vibrant! Oh my gosh, there’s no confusion as to what that tube of paste is for, is there? 😆 And the packaging certainly stands out so I can find it right away. I look forward to the day when I don’t need to stock a product like that. 🤞🏼

Teehee that is so true @itsfi ! It’s such a happy place! I don’t see those adorable little tins available , so this calls for a trip (s) to find the little rascals if I can! Hashtag obsession. 😭 I hope to go sometime yes! They’re so fun!! Do you go too?! With any littles?

@Mellmars1185, the maintenance with highlights is something I'm learning about. Always something to be learned, right? That brassiness can be a little much for me, but it just means I have more days when I wear my hair up in a bun, clip or hair tie. 😅 What purple products do you use for your hair?

@itsfi When I had blonder highlights I used IGK Mixed Feelings Purple Leave-In Blonde Toning Drops 1 oz/ 30 mL . I found it to be the most effective. It is a product you use after washing and before styling. I mixed it with hair serum. I only needed 3 drops for my hair. When I used it I had coworkers ask if I just got my hair done.

That's some compliments to be receiving from your co-workers. Thank you @Mellmars1185! My highlights were lighter the first go around but we went darker this time. I'll keep this in mind. Some of the names on the IGK products are fun; reminds me of some polish names.

The Zoya looks like it has a satin finish, @itsfi - very cool! Looks like a restock of the innbeauty, must be promising 🙌🏼

@eshoe, Zoya Zelli has a semi-satin finish upon immediate application but dries down to a more demi-matte finish once fully dried. The iNNBeauty is from a haul I made late last month, it's not a new tube - same tube as in the post I made to the mask thread. My breakouts have been less frequent so I haven't gone through a full tube yet.

The Zoya sounds like something to be explored, @itsfi. That type of finish seems to last ⏱️

How are you liking the Biossanse body set, @itsfi?

@missaa8, the Biossance set has been working out well. The Biossance 100% Sugarcane Squalane Oil 3.4 oz / 100 mL can be used head to toe - hair, face & body, the ultimate multi-tasker! Biossance Squalane + Enzyme Sugar Body Scrub 6.76 oz/ 200 mL has a good mix of lotion and exfoliating granules and I like the tube packaging - makes it easy to dispense and travel with. I read some folks experienced some of the product clogging up but I haven't experienced that yet. Biossance Caffeine Toning Body Cream + Squalane 6 oz / 200 mL has a nice consistency - not too runny nor too thick; absorbs easily and quickly into my very dry skin. This is the unscented version so it doesn't compete with any perfume I might be wearing.

Fun hauls, @itsfi! Happy to hear the Virtue shampoo works so far. I've used their conditioners but not their shampoos.

Thank you @curlychiquita! Which conditioners of theirs do you like? Do you find them hydrating or moisturizing? First impressions of the shampoo from this line is good. I'll give it another few uses and if I continue to like the results, I may pick up the corresponding hair mask during the next sale event.
