A few of my post-no-buy hauls from earlier this month 😊

Both the SPFs are joining me on vacation.

I’ve had my eye on Flora 1761 polishes for a couple of years but never actually made a haul until … nothing like coming off a no-buy month to motivate a long-awaited purchase, lol. 😝 

Tatcha (direct) 

The lip scrub hitched a ride in my toiletries bag. It’s good for a gentle and effective exfoliation. 💋 Hoping to see these on Sephora online.

The Clinique Black Honey Lip Oil is limited edition. Would be great to see this part of the permanent line and available at Sephora, not necessarily in that order. 😉 The Muzigae Mansion lippie was part of a shopping trip to an Asian beauty boutique for gifts. This one happened to be a gift for myself. 😆

@itsfi  fabulous hauls! I've never heard of Flora 1761 before, will have to check them out - I love the polish colors you chose! And both of those lippies look fantastic on you! I love the texture and clasp of that bag of yours, and I looove your heart-shaped sunglasses too - I have a (much-loved) pair that are very similar, although mine don't have those cat's eye pointed corners. Hope you enjoy all your goodies - and enjoy your trip too!

Ooouuuh, are your heart sunnies red as well @caitbird or a different shade? They're super fun, right?! 😎 They usually elicit a couple of smiles from random strangers and a few "mama, did you see her sunglasses? I want some." These were part of a gratis package a few summers ago (thank you @TeamBIC ❣️), as was the bucket hat, and both have been used a lot, though in the beginning, the sunglasses would occasionally find their way into the a pair of small hands until she got her own pair - I found some sheer pink-tinted ones for her and she ended up getting me a similar one so we could be twinsies. 😍 

The bag has come in handy too - I can use it as a clutch or a crossbody if I use the strap. I tell myself (and anyone who might give me grief about how many bags I have 😮) that it's an investment. 😉

@itsfi  I actually have 2, a red pair and a purple pair 😂 I wear the red ones most often, they are just so fun and they make me happy! The purple ones are a more recent acquisition because, well, purple 🤣 I am on my 3rd red pair; I had the originals for years and then one day as I was driving with them on one of the lenses randomly popped out 😲 which was quite startling! Of course I had to replace them - I consider heart shaped sunglasses to be an essential accessory staple! How fun that yours were part of a gratis package! And I love that you and your mini (your niece?) are sunglasses twinsies, how cute!

Ooh, a convertible bag, how handy! That's basically 2 bags in one, if you think about it! Twice as good of an investment! (Does that count as girl math? 🤣) I don't have too many bags - now shoes, on the other hand...well, let's just say my mom likes to tease me about being Imelda Marcos II 😅

@itsfi  Wow! This picture is gorgeous!! Is the bag also part of the haul? I love it!!! 😍 when are you leaving on vacation? Those nail polishes are beautiful! The yellow is stunning. And the nude is perfect!! The Clinique Black Cherry looks so good on you! I agree we need to petition for it to be permanent and at Sephora!!

This was a fun one to put together to haul and layout for a photo. 😁  The bag I picked up a couple of months ago, in May, but just never got around to posting it until recently here and on the makeup capsule thread. I saw something similar to it a year or so ago and was happy to see this one - on amazon of all places. Not sure if it's available in Canada - @CynthieLu asked about it on the makeup capsule thread so she might know about that. 

Yes to that petition, I'm in! 😀 I should be home from vacation soon; there's been some flight delays with getting back to the States. I'm planning to post a few vacay photos to the The Travel Beauty Thread

@curlychiquita, the brand recently launched at Sephora mid-June, if I'm remembering right. It had shown up as "coming soon" and I did some research on my own about the brand and the 2 SPF's before deciding to go for it.  There's been quite a few new SPF launched (no complaints, just an observation) - I picked up a few and it's just been about trying to carve out time to give them a thorough testing. Both these have done well on sunny days and overcast ones, under various use conditions, climates and continents. I was a little nervous about the tinted version but it's worked out very well for me, so far.

@peculiarzmakeup thank you.These beauties have been working out pretty well. The two Tacha lip products are good; the lip treatment is a plumper and there's a noticeable tingling / stinging plumper action going on. The lip scrub is good - it has larger granules but they're gentle on the lips and do a very nice job of exfoliating.
