@WinglessOne I do use a base coat but no top coat. I definitely get a week out of these. I find the texture helps them adhere better than most polishes to the nails.

Ha, but your nails are always looking shiny and fantastic!  Besides, all those colorful bottles lined up are visually appealing so provide joy even when you’re not wearing them;)

Thanks @heartsmyface ! Who knew a 2022 goal of better nail & cuticle care would lead to a surge of polish purchases? 😂 I'm at the point where I need a better polish storage system, before seeing all the pretty bottled colors start to overwhelm me. 🤦‍♀️ 

About the sunscreen sampler: All the sunscreens in this bunch are new to me except Avene Solaire—though I’ve never tried the non-tinted version (I use the tinted version instead), so I’ll get to test it now on my skin tone. I’ve used CoTZ sunscreens but not their tinted primer sunscreen. The only sunscreen that might irritate my skin, based on INCI lists, is ZitSticka Megashade: it contains tea tree oil. My face can only handle that stuff in small amounts, used infrequently. I might end up using it on my upper back and shoulders, where I tend to get body acne.

@WinglessOne  How do you store your polishes now?  Do you like having them out and visible or tucked away?  
 Ouhh maybe do half your back and see if you notice any difference with use.  kinda a pain but I like experiments.  😄. I don’t know how long you’d be able to tolerate it.  Does it have a strong scent?

@heartsmyface  I like having polishes visible, or at least very easily and quickly accessible. Otherwise they'll fall into "out of sight & mind" territory. Right now they're fighting for tabletop and shelf space with my lipsticks, and lipstick will always win that battle. I'd love to hang 'em all on my wall, but that'd require a solution anchored to wall studs, and my building has metal studs. I'm not about to mess with that since I'm a renter. Instead, I'll dedicate some drawer space to them, if I can repurpose some existing clear drawers from my walk-in closet. I'll figure something out this month. 🙂 

And haha, I haven't opened that ZitSticka sunscreen yet so I don't know how it smells. I'm a big fan of patch testing, so that sunscreen will be tested on a small area of my shoulder blade before I dare apply it to a larger area. My body skin's not as sensitive as my face and neck when it comes to essential oils and fragrance components, but I still test stuff before applying at large. Definitely kind of a pain, but very necessary when dealing with my reactive skin.

@heartsmyface  Spice racks would work if I could easily anchor them to wall studs. (I don't currently have enough table/desktop or standing shelf space for the number of racks I'd need for all my nail polish.) So would hanging wall shelves in general. I need to weigh one of my unused spice racks loaded with polishes to see how heavy they really are. 

I might attach some metal sheets to one side of the desk I'm now using as a makeup vanity. Then I can attach some of my unused magnetic wall shelves to the side of the desk and store polishes that way. Gotta find out how many bottles each shelf and panel can hold (based on weight) first. 

The tiered acrylic holder would work if I had the desktop space for them. I've been wanting to attach a roll-out shelf to one of my vanity desk's cubbies. I could put some tiered holders on that shelf... that'd take care of some of my polishes. It'd be good for thermal polishes that need to be stored away from light. Hmm... I'll keep it in mind!
