T’was the week before Christmas and all through the malls, BIC’ers were shopping and collecting their hauls…

Happy December to everyone! There will surely be plenty of delightfully decadent December hauls as we all get ready for the holidays. Whether they’re gifts from loved ones or something for yourself, show of your holiday hauls for everyone to see!

Happy birthday to all the December babies! (If you’re like some of my relatives, I’m sorry you only ever got one present at this time of year… You are still very special!)

@Mellmars1185 Wooo! You bought Hot Chase! I can’t wait to see it on you. I also can’t wait to see you use that Too Faced palette. I’ve been tempted by it a few times too but I think between Sweet Peach and ND Glam from the gratis, I should be ok.

December was full of gifts, self gifting, and gifting of all the things. These are the beauty and beauty adjacent items that have come into my life. I have to say I'm pretty impressed that I didn't go wild at any point, and mostly stuck to buying gifts for others. I mean... I may have snuck a few little hints here to make sure I had some goodies under the tree...

I had the chance to smell and touch the Youth To The People Superfood Antioxidant Hand Wash with Kale + Green Tea 13.1 fl oz and lotion at Sephoria and I really liked that the scent felt so unisex. I have a feeling these will make excellent hostess gifts at some point so they're going to live on my loves list for spring sale.

I have quite a few hair masks and conditioners so felt like picking up the SEPHORA COLLECTION Strengthening Shampoo with Biotin 10.14 oz / 300 mL # was an easy choice and a chance to try it out for less than drugstore prices.

The Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Sensitive Skin Serum for Redness and Barrier Repair 1.01 oz / 30 ml line is great when my skin is feeling a touch red. I usually use the cream and wanted to try the serum.

The Ellis Brooklyn SWEET Eau de Parfum Travel Spray 0.34 oz/ 10 mL was picked up on a whim after @lmaster mentioned on a thread that she thought I would like it. Turns out I do!! I think this is going to be one I pull out when I want a lighter feeling over the winter.

I'm horrible at drinking water. I tend to over do it on Diet Pepsi and Iced Coffee. This was an attempt to get me to drink more water and while I initially was skeptical that it would work... It really does make plain water taste flavoured!

The BBW Champaign Toast is always a favourite scent for me. Always happy to have a few more candles to burn.

The Bobbi Brown travel pack is one that I wanted to replace a travel size of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base Priming Moisturizer Duo Set that I've gone through this year so that I don't need to tote along a full size.

The Olaplex Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner Set For Soft, Shiny, Healthy Hair are ones that I've used and liked in the past. Are they miracles, no, but I like them well enough to add them to my stash.

The EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C 1 oz/ 30 mL is a purchase I've been planning on for a while thanks to @itsfi s love of the product. I wanted to get a few dark spot serums finished before I crack into it, but it'll be used soon!

Travel Scale... I didn't bring one to Sephoria. I've never needed one before. I'm planning on going next year again. Its beauty adjacent.

SEPHORA COLLECTION Bright Future Gel Serum Under Eye Concealer I found the SC Best Skin Concealer a bit too heavy for my under eyes so I wanted to give this a try. And on sale... in my shade... Will crack into this one this month as well.

Uoma beauty foundation was one that I've looked at off and on a few times over the last few years. I'll crack into this month as well.

Yves Saint Laurent YSL Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick 15 Showcasing Nude was a choice when the two pack was out of stock on the Canadian site. I quite like the formula and that this is a shade I don't need a mirror to apply. I have a feeling this will be good to one to keep in my purse.

Touchland Power Mist Hydrating Hand Sanitizer Beach Coco is a sanitizer I always try to toss in when I'm getting a cart ready for my Dad.. for me? lol. He was traveling in the US and kindly offered to let me pick out a few stocking items for myself lol.

SEPHORA COLLECTION #LIPSTORIES Lipstick Set was one that I saw a few people pick up. I won't use the red shade, so I'll pass that one along. The other two I'll swatch and decide on after a wear test.

@ather I haven't tried the shampoo yet. I'm telling myself I'm only allowed to keep three shampoo bottles in my shower at a time... It can get a bit... cluttered in there lol! Soon though!

Oh my goodness!! Your haul has so many products I like or have wanted to try @missjeanie ... or that I now want to try after seeing them here! I love having some flavored water throughout the day. I'm someone who can drink plain water all the time but having a little extra to add to it makes it a fun treat. And yes, it does help to up the water intake.

A travel scale is a must have. I brought one with me to Sephoria but forgot all about it. 😂 I was so distracted with just trying to get things to fit in my luggage just so and figuring out which of my clothes I could leave behind in favor of <<insert beauty product of choice>> 🤣

Yaaaaay, I spy Eadem serum! 😍 My skin perked up just seeing it! lol And, I see a Touchland hand sanitizer! Nice job, dad!

Yes to the lipstories! It's such a fun set. I wonder if the red would pair well with Pat McGrath Labs Bronze Divinity? I mean, if you wanted to keep the red. I completely understand not naturally gravitating to red lipstick but they truly look AMAZING on you! I don't think I've seen you in a red lippie that hasn't look great on you.

@itsfi The dang flavoured water mind messing with me really is working for drinking more water! I'll usually only drink sparkling, but this thing got me on the tap water!

J brought a scale with him to NYC this year and I finally needed to admit that it was a handy thing to pack. It's now going to live in my suitcase!

The dang EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C 1 oz/ 30 mL has been in and out of my cart a few times, but I've heard that Vit C can degrade pretty quickly so figured I needed to use up some of my stash first.

@missjeanie, smart to hold off on the Eadem. It's not just about working through your stash but making good choices about what to keep in your stash at any given time. I also picked up a deluxe sample size in the Rewards Bazaar for 100 points, with the idea of refilling it from my full size, for traveling (before I picked up the EADEM Bare-Skin Confidence Brightening Trio With Niacinamide and Vitamin C that comes with a refillable mini size).

@lmaster It is! I find it very up lifting. Sometimes in the winter I enjoy the heavier scents, but then when it's just been a day, it's nice to have something that makes me think of summer and lighter times!
