Best highlighter for your browbone? Need help finding a gift

My mom says the only thing she wants from me for Christmas is a really bright and shimmery highlighter for her brow bone. She says she wants it to be very bright and noticeable. I think she’s currently just using shimmery white eyeshadow and says it’s not as intense as she’d like. I’d really appreciate any recommendations if anyone can think of something that’d fit that description.
