Sephoria NYC 2023

Now that the word is officially out….who will be attending Sephoria NYC 2023 on September 29-30, 2023?

I won’t be able to attend in person this year (I plan to attend virtually) but I know other members who are already planning and going.  If I had to choose a session it would be session 3 with Patrick Ta and Natasha Denona. 

Please share your excitement and even photos and experience here if you do go.

Any suggestions for a newbie to these virtual events, I am Silver. When do we receive our goodies? Do we pick it out? Help please!  💝l💄🌼

Did you purchase a silver ticket or register for the virtual event? The two are different. The silver ticket is for the in person event in NYC, and you’d get everything there. The virtual event was free to register for and had an optional swag bag for purchase, which has since sold out and hasn’t shipped yet. Hope this helps!

I purchased a ticket. Not sure what to expect when I get there. Do we choose our glam, or receive something premade? I’m actually very excited!

@Ruthie012 I believe bags are pre-made and will be handed out at the end of the event when you leave.  There will also be some samples etc from brand booths that you can collect thorugh the event with a Sephora bag.  (This is all info I've picked up from the terms and speaking with others who've been before).

Has anyone with a silver ticket received an email to sign up for a masterclass or was advanced sign up only available to gold ticket holders?

I am Silver and did not. I assume it is for Gold. Does anyone know??

Same! Silver Key holder and didn't receive an email.

@Ruthie012 @okaishemai the advance sign up is only for Gold. For silver tickets, you just show up on a first available basis. I got an email to sign up, and I'm a gold ticket 🙂 Hope this helps.

I am silver too and I haven’t received an email either! I’m glad I checked here! On the original email it says we will receive an email sooner to the date to sign up for classes.

Is anyone else struggling on outfit choices and packing? I am not the most experienced traveler.

@Mellmars1185 I spent the last 6 hours packing - I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted to wear each day, but after trying everything on, I changed a lot of outfits. I'm going wirh a lot of black so I was able to narrow it down to one purse and 2 pairs of shoes. I want to be comfortable, but cute bc there will be sooooo many photo opps!

@Tamara76 This is it! I want to be comfy and stylish. I like black too. But I think I packed maybe too may shirts. I tried stuff on too. I think i need to be able to mix and match what I have. Getting dressed is my least favourite part of getting ready....make up and hair is fun! Lol

@Mellmars1185 YES! Unpacked my winter clothes for this trip and now weather app says it’s going to be hot so taking a mix of skirts and shirts to help keep me cool but warm enough. I’m actually more worried about the suitcase coming back with all the event goodies. Considering making my bf take his check in bag so I can load that sucker up with what I get at Sephoria 😅 wish we got a general idea of what the bag will look like this year
