waterproof mascara for hooded eyelids

My East Asian friend wanted my help in finding her some new mascaras to try. She has hooded, oily eyelids and mascara smears very easily, especially as she doesn't use an eyelash curler. Because of her lid shape, her eyelashes actually point downward and are quite straight. So anything curling and thickening would be good.

I was thinking of Diorshow but the waterproof version as the regular kind smudges a little for me at the end of the day so it will definitely smear on her. How does the waterproof version hold up? I was also looking at the Waterproof Better Than Sex mascara but wasn't sure how it compared to Waterproof Diorshow.

I'm open to other suggestions... the other contender is Heroine Make which I've personally found to be excellent. The best waterproof mascara I've tried so far.

@pocketvenus  I have hooded eyes and my eyelids tend to get oilier as the weather gets warmer.  The Heroine Make mascara is a great one - love the shape of the brush!  I've had good results with the Fairydrops Scandal Queen waterproof mascara - the down side with that one is that the brush is very large and lately have been a fan of Lancome Grandiose Waterproof mascara - this one works best though if an eyelash curler is used beforehand.

Me too @pocketvenus, me too!  Then there was a period of time where it seemed to be out of stock everywhere!  Glad it generally stays in stock on amazon and cultbeauty online.
