hey, i'm looking for a mascara for people who don't curl their lashes, not waterproof and stays up all day. preferably a tubing mascara! also not too much money.

Just purchased the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Hella Thicc Thicc Full-Size Volumizing Mascara Duo  and I don't curl my lashes.  It's also not a tubing mascara, although I've been asked multiple times. Price point was decent for payoff. $25 for full size tube.

I will definitely repurchase!

The mascara u have just newly fallen in love with is the falsies push up angel!! it's 9.99 at any drugstore.
