Which one is better Eyeliner?

Which one would you recommend for water line and on the upper lid, mac kohl smolder or mac kohl feline pencil?

@SportyGirly125do you rec kohl liners for the waterline?  I'm not familiar with them.  I use SEPHORA COLLECTION 12 Hour Colorful Contour Pencil Eyeliner 13 Tiramisu
