What are the best waterproof eyeliners and mascara?

I cry often when I wear liner and mascara because the products I'm using right now irritate my eyes. Does anyone know some good affordable alternatives??

Best waterproof eyeliners: Kat Von D Tattoo liner, L’Oréal Paris infallible lacquer liner, Marc jacobs eyeliner pencils, urban decay 24/7 pencils. All have stayed put through crying and sleeping for me!!

Have you checked out the Sephora collection stuff. Love their waterproof retractable eyeliners. Their mascaras are not waterproof though. I do love their lashcraft mascara. Otherwise people love the Too Faced Better than Sex. Or the Clinique ones are always a good go too.
