I did see Patrick Ta on IG say they were working on re-stocking but it’s hard to know if they’ll be back before the sale ends. Unfortunately, we have noticed some brands/items seems to have limited stock during the sales and then come back in stock after the sales. Good luck, I hope they’re back in time! @mandiejane

@Melodynajafi Unfortunately, unless you are still in Dubai, I doubt that you will be able to return it. In store purchases are usually not able to be returned online, let alone from a store outside of the country. Did you check and see if you can unscrew the applicator? Maybe there is a little foil cover on the hole that lets the product come out.

Does anyone know if we have a group or thread to learn eye shadow basics? I'd love to learn more about proper placement for different eye shapes (e.g. I am someone with round, hooded eyes) or have challenges to take the beginner eye shadow user through more advanced techniques. Thank you in advance for tips for any good threads to follow (or if you're someone who rocks eye shadow techniques and would be interested in starting one).
