Re: Hazel eyes looks

@90sKidAtHeart   I have hazel eyes also. 🙂  The shades that I have found that work for me are purples, copper, certain mauves, pinkish champagne shades, and even some grays can work well. However, my skin is very cool-toned, and I think that affects my shade choices as well.

Charlotte Tilbury is a brand that I think makes excellent recommendations for eye products that flatter the various eye shades.

Two of her Eyes to Mesmerize cream shadows that are recommended for hazel eyes are two that I have and love: Oyster Pearl and Champagne.  Oyster Pearl is so unique because when the light hits it, you look like you're wearing two different shades of eye shadow instead of just one- makes for quick prep for the day. Champagne is a beautiful shade and finish.  Charlotte Tilbury Eyes To Mesmerize Cream Eyeshadow

Charlotte Tilbury also has some eye shadow quads whose shades are all meant to be used together. Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eyeshadow Palette .

Charlotte recommends the Golden Goddess, Vintage Vamp, and Green Lights palettes for hazel eyes.

She also recommends her Colour Chamelon cream eye shadow sticks in Smokey Emerald, Golden Quartz, and Amber Haze. Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Eye Shadow Pencil

Charlotte Tilbury's site has a lot of good information on it if you would like to learn more about her products. I went to her site and under the category from the top bar pull down menu, I chose "makeup" then "eyes" then "shop by eye colour."  A full page of suggestions was then displayed.

Re: Hazel eyes looks

💗💗 Thank you sooo much for all the info! The fact that most makeup retailers don't have the option to browse eye shadow by eye color had actually surprised me. That's what I've been looking for. I'm definitely gonna check out the Oyster Pearl. Now I just gotta figure out how to actually DO my eyes and make them look good.

Re: Hazel eyes looks

@90sKidAtHeart   You're welcome!  That's what I love about the Oyster Pearl; no matter what I do, it looks good. 🙂

Re: Hazel eyes looks

@Ispend2much6 I have zero experience with cream shadows (other than a Laura Mercier shadow stick that I didn't care for).  How do you like to apply it?

Re: Hazel eyes looks

@greeneyedgirl107   With my finger!  Some do better with a brush, if they are sheer and/or have large sparkles, but CT's are so easy to apply with the finger as they are more of a shimmer.  I am really lazy, and this way suits me.  I feel like I do enough cleaning without having to add eye shadow brushes to the list. 🙂

Re: Hazel eyes looks

@Ispend2much6 Thanks for letting me know how you do it.  I try to do as little cleaning as possible!

Golds and greens and pinks/reds!!! They are our best friends.

I think purple shades really bring out hazel eyes! 💜
