Eye shadow and eyeliner fading

Hey ladies I was coming to get advice for eye shadow peeling and eyeliner fading. I used the DM color fix in bunny to create the full cut crease look. I did cut the crease with the Kulfi concealer and then I put the bunny on top and it did good, however when I moved to the rest of the face my client eyeshadow started peeling so I had to put glitter on top to mask the peeling. Also after while the black liner starts to fade as well as I always have to touch up the liner.

Although I had to deal with fixes at the end my client loved it but it wasn’t the look I was going for as I was attempting a more matte eyeshadow look.

I was wondering if professional MUA’s had any ideas on how to prevent this from happening?

did you use an eyeshadow primer? If not try that-a good one such as urban decay’s and set it before applying the eye products. Also spray your brush with setting spray before picking up product to apply to eyes. Try that!
