Cut crease for hooded eyes

Hi! So i’ve been practicing my cut crease and yesterday was the closest I got to something semi decent. I would appreciate any guidance, tips, etc. on how to improve this look. I used a very small brush and eyeshadow primer instead of concealer this time. I’m trying to make it more defined and also make it look like I have more eyelid space, because with my eye open the purple could barely be seen 😕 Thanks in advance ! 💕

Wow, it looks great and I love the seemless blending!

I'm Asian so I understand the pain of the monolid/ hooded lids.  You did way better than I have!  I don't look great when I put eyeshadow too high on my lids, but using falsies helps make it look nicer.  Would love to see more eyeshadow looks from you for inspiration!

Also, I would love to know what brushes you used.  Most of the "small" brushes I see are too big for my Asian eyes.

thank you for the compliment!! 😍 i’m still practicing some days are better than others lol especially the blending part but here’s a picture of the brush I used and I feel like it took forever but I wanted to practice getting the shape down. the only problem was that by the time I finished I think the product i used had dried down unevenly 😕 I used the one with the pink handle but I put the morphe x jaclyn hill JH42 for size comparison. the pink ones were a gift from my mom and I legit have zero clue where she got them or the brand 😔

I usually use a glitter liner to outline the shape matching the shade of the cut crease esp when I don’t use concealer and it looks incredibly defined. I do it when I use concealer too for a nice pop.
