Better Than Sex vs. BADgal BANG?

I've been using Too Faced's Better Than Sex mascara for a really, really long time now and I haven't had any complaints, but when I went to Sephora a couple of days ago one of the employees told me that BADgal BANG had an ingredient in it that actually promotes growth and volume of your lashes? Does anyone know how accurate that is?

 

Also, if anyone's tried both products... which would you recommend and why?
