Best liquid eyeliner that is NOT a pen?

Help! Been searching for a liquid eyeliner that is not a pen. Would prefer waterproof. Suggestions??

It's not going to be everyone's favorite, but the Besame cake mascara has been my go-to liquid liner. I've read mixed reviews, but for me, it stays on all day/night and comes off with water! It's easy to fix mistakes and I've never had it smudge or rub off.

Inglot gel liner in number 77 is a gel pot liner that's amazing. I don't think Sephora carries it though.

Pretty Vulgar's Gel eyeliner in black list is my absolute favorite! I have almond eyes which are hooded and Tarte's Sex Kitten Liquid Eyeliner REALLY works for me, and it changed my perspective on pen eyeliners- because everything transfers on my eyes. If you are looking for an actual liquid eyeliner I would suggest Urban Decay's Razor sharp in perversion
