Dry Skin

Hello my loves! I have yet to find my holy grail makeup! I haven't tried makeup that I LOVED yet. I am looking for a new foundation and concealer. For context, I have VERY dry skin that flakes. I have sensitive skin and don't want too many chemicals, but I am looking for a foundation and concealer that are hydrating while still providing coverage. I've tried tinted moisturizers but sometimes you just need more coverage. Through research I found a couple popular names for foundation and condealer but can you all recommend me your favourite foundations and concealers for us dry skin folks. If there's something that isn't on this list please still recommend I am open to anything. Thank you in advance!

@aleditti I have dry, sensitive skin too. My eczema also results in some flakes. I don’t wear foundation on those days.

When I do wear foundation, I actually use SEPHORA COLLECTION Best Skin Ever Liquid Foundation. It’s formulated with skincare in mind and it sits nicely without being drying or irritating.

I also second HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA Triclone Skin Tech Medium Coverage Foundation with Fermented Arnica 110 Light.... I’ve only tried it once but my skin absolutely loooved it.

Tower 28 Beauty SunnyDays SPF 30 Tinted Sunscreen Foundation is supposed to be amazing as well, especially for sensitive skin folks. I haven’t tried it personally only because it’s so difficult to get in Canada!

The last one I would recommend is ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 Foundation Kamari ST13. It's still on the light end coverage wise. I’d be using it if only my skin didn’t have sensitivity to one of its ingredients. Anyone whose skin isn’t as picky as mine might enjoy this one.
