[tampered product] JVN COMPLETE instant recovery serum

Hi, 

how do I go about getting recompensated for this product, since when my SO opened the package the serum was half-used and it had what can only be described as "strands of hair" in it? 

This serum was part of my purchase in Canada, Toronto but I am in Europe (was there a few days ago for a business trip). 

The serum was also bought with 200+ CAD of other items so this is not a grift. I have pictures of the receipt and pictures of the "tempered" product. 

What to do?
