rewards that disappear and do not exist?

Yesterday morning, in the APP, I noticed there were rewards listed on the front page that will disappear and reappear and that don’t actually exist in the Bazaar. When you click on them from the home page, it gives an error. They are back again today (see screenshot) - happening on the website too.

Late last night around 1am, in the actual Bazaar, I saw 6-7 new rewards (YSL Candy Lip Glaze, ABH brow pencil, Benefit brow lamination, BrioGeo green colored kit, Drunk Elephant set of 4 items). I shopped in the app for an hour-ish so I could add some if these items. Went back in around 2am, and all of the above (and more) disappeared. 

Also, the 7500 point Fenty reward was NOT there yesterday when the other rewards dropped, as I believe this is probably held for a 1 specific person. 

Also, the fact that Rouge custumers have to fight each other over the $100 reward that has “limited stock” is also misleading. when Sephora advertises Rouge level, it misleads customers to believe that this an actual benefit that exists for ALL (not a limited number). 

This is all midleading/ false advertising.

I'm so sorry about this! Can you please check that you're accessing the Sephora US side of the app, and not the Sephora Canada side? To switch between the two, please click your name/photo icon, then scroll down to App Settings and select US. If you continue to see this issue afterwards, please let us know.
