missing samples once again

just opened my package, and noticed that once again, I did not receive any samples. truly disappointing.

I’ve had the same issue with every order I’ve placed this year. It’s so frustrating. In previous years ordering if they were out of the sample I wanted they just sent something different. 

if you regularly aren’t even going to provide any samples for over a year why not just remove the option for us to add them. It’s such a nice perk and so disappointing when you don’t get anything. I’d rather just not be given the option and then I wouldn’t be disappointed.
