Missing samples…again

whether a $30 or $200 order

90% of the time

they never are included 

I love that you offer this, but if you’re actually not gonna follow through, what’s the point??

unfortunately this seems to be a regular occurrence. I do get that some things are unavailable, but I feel like most of the time nothing extra arrives
