missing order samples

Ordering online is so much more convenient than visiting a store for me, but I've been missing samples in all my recent orders (4+). At first I thought it was a one off but it seems to have become a pattern. I'm quite disappointed since a lot of the recent samples I selected have been fragrances that I want to try but almost none of them have come...
