kate Somerville + retinol firming eye cream

Ive been using the kate somerville + retinol firming eye cream.  I'm 39 and I've noticed that my eyelids are starting to get crepey looking.  will this product help with that and if so, roughly how long will it take to notice a difference?   I like the idea of this product but have only been using it for a few weeks.  could you please give me an idea of what to expect?
