did not receive samples

Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!

Same here! I got two samples, but one was wrong ~

@JH38 We do have to make substitutions if the sample you select is unavailable at the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment!

I did not receive my samples. Received the product card but no product.

same here, I did not receive the two free sample size in my order, if they were out of stock is there anyway to get two different ones or the ones I missed? Or is there a way to get more free sample size on my next order? I was really looking forward to trying them, thanks!

Same here... Only one sample in the three recent orders I placed. Super disappointed 😞

Same here! The last couple orders I didn’t receive the samples and I was really looking forward to them. Thought it was just me being unlucky. Has there been any resolution to the issue?

Unfortunately I’ve been having this issue as well. Even with an order of only one item I received no samples and was looking forward to them 😞

Thought I was the only one but found here. I was so looking forward to receiving my perfume samples but didn't receive them at all! How should I solve the issue?

This is the second order where I have received samples, but not the ones I requested. Why does that happen? I look forward to the ones I choose and then end up with ones I have no interest in. Frustrating!

Samples can be substituted depending on availability at the location where your order is packged, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I placed an order earlier this week that had two free samples that I was really looking forward to trying out. I just got my package today and also found no samples in it 😞
