Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!
i placed an order and didn’t receive my samples either.
I see this happens a lot. I look forward to the samples and my last few orders have arrived without them, even though they show on the invoice. And you never get samples shopping in store anymore. Very disappointing 😞

Thank you for your kind reply. When I click on the link in my email, I am directed to the main page of the app, so I am not sure where the pm is. But anyway, my latest order number is . Samples showed on the invoice but were not shipped at all. As I said, this has happened several times with my online orders. That being said, knowing they are free samples I feel like I'm making too big a deal about it 😄 But thank you.

I have the same problem….my order came today and the samples did come but not my reward iteams😢😢😢 i got the first aid beauty and the CT lipstick very disappointing because each was 100 pointes…..
I didn’t receive samples with my VIB sale purchase either. I assume they either ran out or just don’t care when the sale is on. Sad because I actually really wanted to try those items.

I ordered 2 scents and was very excited about them so when they weren't in the box I was super disappointed 😞
I ordered 2 fragrance samples as well with my order but only received one too. I was hoping to have my husband try it out before I got it as a Christmas gift so I’m bummed.

Me too. One of the samples I was looking forward to in my order never arrived. Too bad because I often buy the full size after trying the sample.

Same, I've placed 3 orders in the past 2 months but whenever I've tried to check out with the sample selections an error message appeared. The only fix was the remove the sample selections in order to check out.
