did not receive samples

Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!

I also did not get total 4 samples for last 2 orders even though they are appeared in invoices

Hi! I’m also missing my samples and bazaar items from the last three orders I made online. Help would be appreciated

I’m also missing many samples. I made a number of orders over the past week, several orders were combined for shipping and only one sample given. Every package received was missing samples.

This has happened to me on my last 3 orders and I'm not sure why they give you the option to hand pick samples anymore.

Hello... I just received an order and was also bummed to not get any samples. I would have been happy to get available substitutions but was looking forward to the ones I had picked out 😞
