did not receive samples

Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!

I didn't get any of my samples either 😞 I was excited to get the sample perfume I picked for my boyfriend. I received my package yesterday with the item I had paid for in it and no samples.

I got samples but they were not the ones I chose. They were for concealer (which I don’t use) for dark skin tones (which I am not). They may as well have not provided anything because they went into the garbage

I agree the last three orders I have placed, I did not get any of the free samples. It’s usually a fun surprise when they end up being different. Though I have been disappointed to not get anything at all.

I just received my recent order and also did not receive my sample shampoo and conditioner from oribe. This also was not the first time.

I just got my order right now and didn’t receive my samples either. I was pretty sad because I was so excited to try the Moroccan body lotion/oil since I have leg pain. I know they’re free but it got my hopes up when they give that option
