Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!
same with me I got my package in the mail today with no samples that I picked.
This has happened to me a couple of times 😕 sometimes its because they run out of stock of the samples which sucks!

Quite often the samples don’t show up. I’ve begun to wonder if it’s the pickers and packers taking them home to sell or something 👎🏼👎🏼

I also ordered something off of Sephora, a lipgloss, and I picked two free samples to go with it. This is the first time where I did not receive my free samples, I am super disappointed and would really like them.

Man I just got my package today and didn’t receive any of my samples. They shouldn’t even offer them if they never end up giving you any. This keeps happening.
Sucks cause I wanted to try a perfume before buying it and I live two hours away from the closest one 😞

It’s been happening to everyone for a while now that we don’t receive samples.. it’s a request to Sephora please see what can be done about this.

Same, I had gotten the supergoop and laneige free samples and they didn't come1😭😭
I got a package today and i had picked out the perfume samples but got the nars lipstick one and some serum… I think that it’s just because they’re busy getting to everyone’s orders as it is the sale as this hasn’t happened to me personally before.
