did not receive samples

Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!

I didn’t get any free samples too from my last order; now I couldn’t even select any free samples when I’m trying to buy & complete my purchases online?!!!

This happened to me today as well, slide out of the app and get rid of all your apps that are open then refresh it should work!

I also haven’t been getting my samples, and with no notice on the order, email etc (I put the samples in my bag, they show up on my order confirmation, no update to say they’re not available). What’s even more disappointing is not only do I not get the samples I picked out, but got no samples at all! :((

Mine were missing as well. 2 ago got different ones. (Perfumes, which I can’t use!) Last one I just got nonthing! 😞

@qcshannonleigh sorry to hear that! Please note, substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your settings on a browser, not the app. Regarding the order where you did not receive any samples at all, please send me a private message with that order number and correct shipping address or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat for assistance.

I have not been getting mine either in my last two orders and then I got some stupid email about perfume samples today and went to check out and it doesn’t work. Sephora really needs to get their act together.

I ordered an item for delivery and I picked 2 samples. I was kinda excited to try the samples too but I felt disappointed seeing that there are no samples. I wish there was a notification that says the sample aren’t available, so I know what to expect.

Same thing has happened to me on multiple orders!!! How difficult can it be to place a few small items into a box???

man, I was super disappointed my samples weren't included. guess I'm glad I'm not the only one, but dang, I was always get excited about samples, it's part of what makes ordering from Sephora great.

I just received my order today, and no free samples were included. That is the second time! Very disappointing! I didn't know others were experiencing the same.

Knew it, yet again. Just as I predicted my second order for the week came with no samples. Spent $160 and nothing. Why even allow customers to choose samples? With advanced inventory management, how can a company as large as Sephora not know their inventory availability any given time? From the number of complaints, one would think that changes would be made….guess not.

It’s been very disappointing me recently. Either I don’t receive the samples at all or I receive some of those samples. Sometimes I also receive different samples than requested. Every time when I ask the customer support they end up giving me some points as compensation and that’s it. Nothing more for all the disappointment. So not cool Sephora, so not cool
