Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!
This has been happening to me a lot lately, with my last couple of orders. I wish that they would just put different samples in instead, I’m not picky lol. I joined the community to see if anyone else had this going on and it seems like yes. Oh well lol
I received my order today and no samples were included, even though the order stated that they were shipped with the order. Very disappointing.

Just got my newest order today too and also yet again did not get either of the samples I chose. Instead I got one sample sheet of foundation no where close to my skin color. The samples were the same 3 days later when I placed another order. Why allow people to choose their samples when they are never available. I’ll be interested to see what actually comes in the next package.
@SunnieD1 I'm sorry to hear this! We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment and will share this feedback with the appropriate department.

I didn’t reserve my samples for my mom that I ordered and I’m kinda sad about it because she never gets to try anything nice. Can I please have them? Is there a way?
