Forgot to redeem birthday gift
I am a VIB rouge member and meant to stop in all month to get my
birthday gift but I had a busy month and was unable to. Is it possible

Urgent: Issues with Points & Order
Hello: 1) Order placed on 1/1/2017 has not yet shipped whereas orders
placed on 1/2/17 & 1/3/17 have already shipped. Is there an issue? 2)
Orders placed on 1/2 & 1/3 do not show up under "My Points & Status" for
YTD spending. Please fix. Thanks.

order confirmation
I placed an order this morning which i never received a confirmation
email for. However, in my online order history it shows my order is in
