VIP rouge card missing from welcome pack?

I just got my rouge welcome pack in the mail and there was new card. Was there supposed to be or not?

Hi Manwathiel,

 

Regretfully, we are phasing out physical VIB and VIB Rouge physical cards. When shopping in-store, just provide the Cast Member with your registered email address or phone number to receive your points. I hope this clarifies things for you!
