Urgent: Issues with Points & Order

Hello:

 

1) Order placed on 1/1/2017 has not yet shipped whereas orders placed on 1/2/17 & 1/3/17 have already shipped. Is there an issue?

 

2) Orders placed on 1/2 & 1/3 do not show up under "My Points & Status" for YTD spending. Please fix.
