Hi D03D03, Angelkiss24 is correct. Only the 750+ perks ship without
merchandise. If you have any 100, 250, or 500 point perks, they must be
included with merchandise.

@Anonymous, only rewards worth over 750 each will ship for free. If
you're adding multiple rewards of lower values, you have to buy
something in addition. But in store, you don't have to make any purchase
to redeem. hope that helps!

Hi guys, To get the 50 points you must update your hair, eye and skin
tone and add a profile pic. Once you do that, you should see all the
points update within 24 hours.
