Does anyone else HATE that the questions section is gone under each product?
I hate that the questions are no longer there! It was so nice to be able
to read them when on the fence about a product. Now I have to really go
searching in here 😞

Yes. It was very helpful in finding product Q&As regarding product
comparisons and color matches. Some of the options now are to use Beauty
Matches and filtering reviews by Reviewer skintone, however ...

The chat function can't replace the wealth of information found in the
product Q&A sections. It was so useful and so quick and easy to find
information. I am not interested in live chatting; I hope they will
bring back the product questions.

how do you change color preferences on lipsticks?
i keep getting red lipsticks and i cant stand to wear red lips i want to
be able to get different colors so i can actually try the products. i
love lipstick but red is not my color.

Typo on new product
Hello,Not sure who to report this to but I noticed a typo on the new Kat
Von D palette swatches. "Crucifix" is spelled "Cucifix". Need that extra
r! I have also reported this to the Kat Von D website.

Points email from all-star play
I received my all-star play package on Sept 5th and still have not
received the email containing the 50 redeemable points. I intended to
visit my local store this weekend and redeem them. is there anyway to
track the status of this email?
