Does anyone else HATE that the questions section is gone under each product?

I hate that the questions are no longer there! It was so nice to be able to read them when on the fence about a product. Now I have to really go searching in here 😞

I just wish we could read the answers of other people's chats. Since we can't people are asking the same questions because they can't see the answers

Yes I absolutely hate this. I used that so much and relied on it. I live over 2 hours away from Sephora so I can't just pop in and ask about things and whenever I've called to ask about something the person on the other end of the line DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE!!! I so wish that they'd bring it back 😕 I hate having to wade through this community and when you do stop to answer a question it takes you all the way back to the top after you've posted your answer. It really takes up too much time IMO. Thank you for putting this out there, so glad I'm not alone on this!

Yes. It was very helpful in finding product Q&As regarding product comparisons and color matches.

Some of the options now are to use Beauty Matches and filtering reviews by Reviewer skintone, however it's more troublesome since I have to search through reviews myself. 

When there was a Questions section, all I had to do was use the search bar and input a term to give me all the results.

Please add it back!

The chat function can't replace the wealth of information found in the product Q&A sections.  It was so useful and so quick and easy to find information.    I am not interested in live chatting; I hope they will bring back the product questions.

The questions/answers were  invaluable.  They addressed concerns and issues that were often left out of product descriptions and reviews. The chat function is useful, but it does not replace the q & a section.   Please bring back the q & a section for each product.

Yes!  I found those questions so useful in evaluating potential purchases.  Very disappointed that they are gone.
