What is the hold up?

I placed an order on Sunday. My order has bounced back and forth between pending, in progress, and out of stock on over half the items at times. Is this normal? I haven't purchased online from Sephora since 2014 if this is the normal turnaround time I can clearly see why I stopped ordering online. This is the 3rd business day 4th day in total and my order has not even processed. My payment was taken and accepted immediately but what is the hold up on my products? I am a new mom and I finally found the courage and the money to splurge a little on myself. Now the delay in the process is giving me time to overthink my decision and regret it. Why is this order taking so very long to ship? The order number is visible in the screenshot. Please help
