Play box missing fragrance

Who should I contact about my play box not including a fragrance sample and including a dried up benefit brow deluxe sample? I'm a little upset that I paid for 5 samples and only received 3 that are usable.

Sorry for any confusion. September’s Play! box did not include a fragrance sample, as there is an IGK haircare sample instead.

Thank you  for your response Mali. According to the September play preview video posted by Sephora on YouTube we should have received a fragrance sample. I also didn't receive an IGK hair sample as a substitute.

I completely agree!! This was the most disappointing box i have received. 2 of the packagings were open already 😪. Not a fan this month & then not to get the fragrance that we all were looking forward too?!?!?
