Unsuccessful Authorisation

Hello I have some orders which are successful while others are showing unsuccessful authorisation although all are paid from the same payment information. I had tried a couple of time and hope the last order would be successful. Thanks

And money had been taken out of my bank for 4times with 1 same order and 2 times for another one
