Really late order
I placed an order on October 27th, and still have not received it. I

Close to Rouge
I'm about $30 from hitting rouge status. Can I purchase/qualify during
the rouge fall sale dates or will I have to qualify beforehand? Also,
will my status be valid for only 2 months ( november & december 2017) or
until december 2018?

promotion that will qualify you for Rouge and your account will remain
Rouge through 2018. The discount is the same for Rouge a...

you would have to qualify before hand. Rouge status is good for the
remainder of the year you reach it, into the next yearSo in order to
stay rouge for 2019 you have to reach it next year as well

I think it’s just a glitch. Some items are discounted (Tarte concealer
and CFX highlighter) while others aren’t (like the Perricone set).

Samples
I am ordering online only to get the samples. Is there anyway to get
samples when I shop in-store? I don't like ordering online because of
shipping fees plus I can't see what I am getting. Help!

@Anonymous If your worried about shipping fees get the $10 flash
shipping. It’s good for one year and you’ll have Two day shipping for no
additional charge

but you can ask any Cast Member to make custom samples for you to take

You need to ask an employee for a sample of which product in the store
