Another Flash Shipping Issue - Fed up w/ Crappy shipping

Once again, I placed an order w/Sephora and being currently enrolled in their 2 day flash shipping, I expect delivery to be on time. No excuses. My order shipped Monday and according to tracking it is being delivered Friday. Customer service is unresponsive. I'm really getting fed up w/ Sephora's poor customer service and the delayed shipments for flash shipping! Why aren't my products being delivered on time?!?!?! I paid the flash shipping fee on time, I paid my order on time, & Sephora doesn't seem to have any resolution to fixing these ongoing issues!!

Zanna, while I appreciate the gesture of additional beauty points, it doesn't solve the real problem. This is an ongoing issue with many loyal customers becoming frustrated. Often the solution by Sephora is to put a band aid on it with beauty points as a consolation prize. My order shipped Monday. It's being delivered Friday. Contrary to your message, it is not 1 day late. Counting two days from Monday, delivery should be Tuesday and most consumers would agree. Somehow Sephora is making their own convoluted definition of what 2 day shipping means. That is just not right. Sephora should not offer a service they are unable to provide successfully. I can't ignore the fact that there is STILL no improvement, especially with the holidays approaching. It shows what little integrity Sephora has, as they continue to offer and promote this service knowing they have many unhappy subscribers.

That just sucks! It's so disappointing and I can't believe that with all the complaints, Sephora STILL hasn't fixed this!!

Exactly.. even w/ all their exclusive items, brands, etc. the subscription shipping issue is something I can't overlook. It's obvious Sephora has no intentions of improving this any time soon. As many of their loyal customers have complained and have yet to see any changes. With the holidays coming up, I will be looking to Ulta for beauty gifting.
