Hi @favealex I see that you are indeed VIB Rouge. We are no longer
offering the physical cards and you can access your Rouge card on the
app. The next time you are in store you can pick up your Rouge gift,
just mention it to the Cast Member!

I placed an order on the 5th and it still says pending! I guess it might

Due to the recent sale, it is normal for your order to take 2-3 business
days to process. There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the checkout
page that states so as well. Good luck 🙂

Customer support usually only has a small window to cancel orders. I
would call the customer service hotline ASAP if you need that order
cancelled.

It is before tax and after any discount is taken off. So if you plan to
use the holiday bonus discount, you would need to purchase more than
$100.

why can’t I get the samples I ask forgy
I am so sick and tired of never getting the samples I want and instead
get disgusting perfume samples that just go straight into the garbage.

You shouldn’t need your beauty insider card..All you should need is your
phone number if it’s connected to your card...I would call customer
service and see if they could help...They should be able to add the
points..
