Order Cancellation

Hello Sephora,

 

I've been reading some of these posts about order cancellation. From what I understand, there is a small window of opportunity to cancel an order. That is not what I experienced with an order I placed today 11-4-2017.

When I called customer service, the rep told me there was nothing I could do as my order had already gone to the warehouse. My order is still pending according to this website.

The order was processed through an account that did not belong to me ( a family member) and the order was for over $600. You understand that this has caused a big problem.

The Sephora phone rep said nothing like what I am reading here.

I had to cancel but called roughly 2 minutes after I placed my order. You have to be QUICK to call them. I'd say in under a hour to be safe
