upset!

I'm a girl in college with a lot of stuff to pay for and when I finally get enough to spurge it gets lost (said was delivered when it wasn't) and have to get reimbursed without getting my 100 points back and my shipping payment not back with reimbursement. plus the items I ordered I've wanted for a long time. so not happy with sephora online. I won't be ordering online again. Thanks sephora.ca
