I have tried 3 times now to place an order. All 3 times I receive a

Packages Never Delivered?
I ordered three packages during the VIB sale. Two of the three packages
state on the tracking page that they have been delivered, but I never
received either package. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you

I placed an order today that is pending, one of the items is now OUT OF

actually call the Rouge line. Hopefully they will treat their clients
