Packages Never Delivered?

I ordered three packages during the VIB sale. Two of the three packages state on the tracking page that they have been delivered, but I never received either package. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you resolve it.

It happens to me sometimes, I would check the front porch and front door as they usually leave it there.

You just need to call customer service and they will help you with a replacement or tracking.
