Hi @Xianhope, Your Year to Date Spend will reset to $0 on January 1st.
Your point will roll over each year as long as you make a purchase, make
a redemption, or redeem your birthday gift once every 18 months. 😉

Agreed. Same thing happening to me. Don’t advertise samples if you don’t
give them. Ulta and Beauty Brands don’t seem to have the same issues
this holiday season.

I just received 2 orders, and neither of them had any of the samples I
had requested in them. what is up with this?! I have another order on

Most likely not at all. Look under the inside flaps of box too,
sometimes they slip under there. Don’t count on getting the samples you
really wanted either. Sadly.
