I know your points/beauty insider and VIB lasts a calendar year and restarts in January. I’m curious, will I lose my points I’ve accumulated (just in the past like 2 months) if I don’t spend them before January? I’ve only been saving them since November, so it hasn’t been a year that I’ve had them, but I don’t know if that matters and they will restart in January regardless of the fact I just got them in the past couple months?

Your Year to Date Spend will reset to $0 on January 1st. Your point will roll over each year as long as you make a purchase, make a redemption, or redeem your birthday gift once every 18 months. 😉

Points and status are two different things. Spending towards status restarts at $0 every Jan. 1. Points roll-over and continue to accumulate for as long as you want as long as you have an active account. Points do expire after 18 months, BUT that's only if you have had no activity on your account during that period. So as long as you make at least one purchase or even just redeem your birthday gift every 18 months then your points can continue to accrue for as long as you want.
