Username change.
How can I change my username? I don’t want the one I currently have.
Most of the names I would put were already used, so I just put any
letter... now i don’t want it and can’t seem to change it can anyone
tell me how I can?

Similar situation only nothing has sent at all. I ordered December 22nd
it's now December 27th and my order is still "in progress" . I hope my
order is not just stuck in the system and I hope someone can help to get
it threw "in progress".

Why didn't I receive any free samples?
I added my samples and they were reflected in my order and they were
marked as "Shipped" but I didn't receive any. I was hoping to include
them with the gifts I purchased and was very disappointed when they
